Our Story

Life presents us with many challenges which shape who we are today. After achieving my own goals with the help of a mentor and personal trainer, I was inspired to help others. I knew that with a holistic approach to health and fitness was the way to go. I had a great toolkit to help other people achieve their goals in the same way that I had been helped by others.

Since completing my training I have worked with a range of clients; covering weight loss, general health and fitness, strength and conditioning. I have also worked with allied health professionals such as osteopaths and physiotherapists to help people suffering from back pain – a common ailment amongst those of us who work in an office during the week.

Commitment Coach welcomes people from all walks of life. If you are young, old or gender diverse; Matt is here to assist you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Matt brings a holistic approach to personal training; working with clients of all ages to achieve the right mindset to achieve your health and fitness goals. Training sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, whilst keeping a focus on having fun.
