Having run this program with a number of clients over the past 6 months, coupled with over 7 years’ experience of guiding movement classes, I know that no two clients or bodies are the same, nor do they have the samerequirements, lifestyle or goals, which is why Movement Mastery is SO unique and personalised.

I had it all wrong…
I used to think my practice needed to be challenging to be effective.
I used to think I needed to teach the perfect sequence, to be a good teacher.
I used to think if I couldn't meditate for a minimum of 20 minutes in silence, it wasn't worth it.
What I now know to be true…
✨The magic is in the awareness ✨
When I take time (any amount…. 2, 5, 10mins) to move with awareness and connect with my body and breath – I feel the magic!
When I teach from an embodied place and guide others to access their own awareness – I witness the magic!
When I take micro moments of stillness during my day – I know I am magic!
