Nine years ago, I took the bold step of expanding my commercial studio by opening a second location. After a three-year lease period, we made the decision to downsize and relocate to a smaller facility that better met our operational needs. As a result, my one-on-one personal training sessions are now conducted from my small studio in Caversham and Maida Vale which has been in operation for 15 years and continues to be successful.
