Wondering how much protein you should be eating daily to support your fitness goals? Here's a simple guide to help you figure it out!

Choose your activity level:

๐Ÿ›‹๏ธ ๐’๐ž๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ (little to no exercise): 0.8-1.0 grams of protein per kg of body weight.
๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Œ๐จ๐๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž (regular exercise, 3-4 times a week): 1.2-1.6 grams of protein per kg.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž (intense exercise, 5+ times a week): 1.6-2.2 grams of protein per kg.

For example a 70kg person who is moderately active would need 84-112 grams of protein daily.
