It has been quite some time since our last Nutrition Challenge, and we thought, why not combine it with a fun in-house competition and Christmas party to celebrate everyone's incredible achievements?
Strength Mechanix is thrilled to announce the opportunity to partner with a highly experienced Nutritionist, , who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the nutrition and competitive sporting fields. Our members and anyone interested in participating will have the chance to achieve optimal success in this 12-week Body Composition Challenge.
What to expect:
- Body fat skin fold measurements at the start, middle, and end of the challenge
- Weekly online group check-ins with video recordings for playback
- A nutrition app and booklet to keep you accountable and provide a better understanding of food groups, macros, supplements, and their significance. This is an exceptional service for the price, and it would be unwise to miss out on this opportunity.
