Well done to the whole team in Kalgoorlie battling it out to crown the 2024 state champions. As always we would like to thank every one of our customers, from in house race team drivers to chassis and engine customers we appreciate each and every one of you!

Well done to our Flatout team drivers, Harvey Cooper, Ruri Avern and Sachen Smith as you are crowned 2024 State Champions. Well done to our engine customer Tom Sparkes and his respective team on their win in TaG Heavy.

Special mentions go to KA2 Junior, a podium sweep for Flatout Karts with .98 taking P1 along side .webb33 and on their KA2 debut!

avern22 taking the clean sweep in Rest Light, continuing his usual form.
98 continuing his KA2 form by qualifying pole and winning KA3 J in dominant fashion.

AKC Round 2

KZ2 podium position for Dicker 🏆

had a roll over in Heat 4 and couldn’t make the final as he was in hospital, speedy recovery ❤️‍🩹

had a tough weekend with a mechanical in a Heat race and then being taken out in Heat 4 which meant he didn’t make the final after showing promising pace.

and .bellanca_71 found pace late in the weekend with Bellanca going fastest for a few laps in the final. An unfortunate DNF in the heats put Bellanca back in the pack while Lisle fought in the top 15.
dicker had a steady weekend in the top 3 bagging good points for the championship. .grech had a DNS in Heat 1 which put him on the back foot at a very hard to pass track. A good recovery in the final back to a top 15.

Onwards to Round 3 in Emerald 🔜

Flatout Karts Trinity Karting Group

Flatout teams up with TKG to create an Australia to America connection. The Kart Republic Factory supported US team Trinity, competes at all national level US races including but not limited to, the SKUSA ProTour and Supernats. Flatouts connection creates an easy pathway for our Australian drivers to compete on the international stage. We also have the opportunity to welcome top American drivers to the Australian Karting scene.

AKC Round 1 Results 📄

Tough weekend of promising pace and results but unfortunate mechanicals and crashes.

Kalbfell fouled up in Qualifying, a huge drive back to 25th in the Final after being classified 62nd in Qualifying.

Harvey Cooper ran in the top 10 during the heats, he was looking for a similar result in the final before being run off the track, recovering to 20th.

In X30 Gabe started heat 3 from 4th but a DNF in turn 1 stumped his progress. Him and Cooper came charging through the field during the final before a crash knocked Gabe back and took Cooper out. Another recovery drive for Gabe back up to 13th.

KZ2 was a tough final with Sam out in turn 1 after winning Heat 4. Bailey was hunting a top 10 result before snapping a gear lever on the last lap.

The whole team had strong pace all weekend, we look forward to Round 2 in Puckapunyal where we last won an AKC round!
