THIS SUNDAY IS SOUL SUNDAYS
(a deeply transformative immersive program)
25 August
12pm - 4pm
1 Vale Street, St Kilda
What stops us time and time again from removing the blocks that hold us back in our relationships? our jobs? our experiences? possibilities?
It's our minds.
Our mind, being such a sophisticated tool, essentially driving our lives, unfortunately doesn't come with an operating manual nor any instructions of how to reboot it when its down.
But ancient scriptures and the development of neuroscience has unlocked a lot for us to learn from.
The theme for this Soul Sunday, happening this weekend is: Journey to the mind.
We understand ourselves better when we get to know what makes us who we are, and our minds are a big part of what we believe about self and the world. And therefore, to change ourselves and to change our lives, we must know how to change the mind.
Let's journey together...a special half-day wellness retreat for the soul.
Yoga and meditation delivered by Neha Kumar our lead facilitator.
"Pause" workshop delivered by behavioral neuroscientist and singer/song writer Hazel Ray
Ecstatic Dance by Sound of Energee with a live dj set
Lunch is included and cacao / tea throughout the event.

So that the challenge of balancing the demands of work with personal growth and spiritual development is consistent, we’ve developed programs and events for the community to stay connected with self, and people that also walk the same path. So that we don’t feel so alone on this journey.

What a fortunate thing to have such a powerful mind but not have it come with a user manual!
Your whole life is a working of your mind, what you believe are the possibilities of your life, what you can and can’t achieve is ALL down to your mind.
But how do we change our mind? How do we breakthrough limitations and negative beliefs and doubts?
This Soul Sunday is about complete transformation, only if you’re willing and ready to do the work to change the story you’ve believed and learn the tools to learn how to change your mind.
A full one and a half hour session with a neuroscientist and singer songwriter to learn real-time, how the mind works, how to create a new shift in the way you think, and how to breakthrough what’s been holding you back.
One hour of meditation and Yoga led by .artfulyoga to help understand the experience of our minds and what it’s like to be free from our own thoughts and experience what we call ‘enlightenment’, which is simply identifying who you truly are and observing what you are not. If you’ve never experienced this before, this is the key to so many successful icons of our time. A practice of deep meditation can transform and reclaim your life.
We finish with ecstatic dance and chanting by who’s been captivating globally for the last 14 years, bringing a unique blend of music with powerful mantras. This concept originates from ancient Indian spiritual traditions, where mantras are considered sacred and powerful to have both spiritual and psychological benefits.
This whole experience is worth over $250 and we honour our practices & teachers who put in years of study and dedication, but we never want to forget this is about availability to the masses. And our promise is to bring events of transformation that are accessible.
Early bird tickets finish Monday 19th August $65 then it’s $85 for the entire experience across 4 hours.
What’s your transformation worth?
What are the possibilities you could create in your life?
How often does your mind stop you from doing and creating the life you want?
Sunday 25 Aug 12pm-4pm

Change your mind, transform your life.
Next live concert this Friday 16 August featuring 4 Naarm based exceptional artists of our time.
It's so interesting that despite being connected online, many feel isolated or disconnected from meaningful relationships. We crave deeper connections with like-minded individuals.
Music is more than music – music is for connection.
Conscious concerts are about remembering who we are and what life is truly about – making great memories and connecting back to ourselves within safe communities.
Thank you to ALL the epic artists who grace our studio with their energy. Your energy is felt long after you leave. And in-fact locked in our memories forever.
Keep going with your art, for it gives us life.

Why do humans need humans?
Is it because there's a part of us that perhaps is only truly realized when another can bring it out of us?
It's more than a relationship people are seeking, at the end of it all we are seeking connection to ourselves.
We started this series so the people that were on the personal-development journey could find other like-minded people to also grow with.
We started this so that no one feels alone. This is important to every human being - that we have others to love and be loved by.
Soulful Speed Dating is more about soulful connections, rather than finding "the one". It's about connecting on deeper levels of self and no longer being afraid of intimacy with others.
- live music
- art stations to connect
- picnic stations with connection activities
- cacao and snacks provided

Are you ready for 🙌🏾 artist, creator, performer and revolutionary 🙏🏽
‘Nukututaha’ by Lord Niue is an hour long solo experience that explores the modern-day Niuean living in the diaspora curated through dance.
This story creates awareness around what Tagata Niue 🇳🇺 (people of Niue) may look and feel in today’s society through an artists interpretation. The struggles and joy of being ‘alone’, but also finding comfort in who they are and where they come from.

We wanted to eliminate barriers to our healing journey ❤️🩹
And make spaces, activities, experiences more accessible to all.
We run so many wellness and healing programs that weave in ancient practices along with tools that allow for true experiences of healing, beyond theory.
In a world where we have access to so much information; we have podcasts, books, TikTok 🥲 and social media memes to tell us all these tips and tricks to biohack and how to start morning routines and rituals for success, but sometimes it can be a bit much to ACTUALLY figure it all out for ourselves.
That’s where we wanted to create a change. At AYG we wanted people to experience healing, real-time, no barriers.
We make all our programs accessible and we always say if there is any reason, especially financially, where anyone is finding it difficult to afford the services we offer, no problem, just get in touch with us (📧 [email protected]). We never want $$ to be a barrier to help people at times of need.
We got you 💛
We have been running art and journaling classes weekly with the beautiful .art (art therapist) who helps explore themes of the human journey.
They are fun, non-judgment, no-previous experience required, creativity classes that help us find ways to process life, using themes and guided meditation.
This weeks theme is: ‘Purpose’
Creative art and journal 📓 🎨🖌️
Tuesday 6pm - 7.30pm | all materials provided including take-home journal 📝
$20pp and as mentioned if there are financial circumstances you need help with, don’t let that be a barrier, please reach out 🙏🏽
With love,

We started these art and music events 5 months ago to bring hope and revival to the music industry, which is often overlooked and undervalued. Our goal was to create a space where artists could share their most raw and authentic material in an intimate setting, where every word is truly heard, and every emotion deeply felt.
At Conscious Concerts, we’ve crafted a safe haven for individuals to come alone or with loved ones, to connect and experience music without any judgment. It’s all about using music to convey the human journey through storytelling and song, encouraging us all to listen deeply and cherish the art of live music. This is something we need to keep alive in our world and in our souls. 🌟❤️
Join us for our next concerts on Friday, June 14th, and Friday, June 28th. There is a finite amount of time in all our lives to experience ourselves, experience others and heal through the blocks that limit sometimes our experience of life itself.
What hold's us back from our best is mostly our own limiting beliefs and perceptions.
Have you felt in moments when you're at your lowest and a song comes on, that just GETS YOU. Explains your feelings and is describing essentially your life?! That's the power of music.
Sometimes the things we can't verbally explain, music and art can express for us.
Concerts by candlelight was a concept to help explain the human journey, curated by a mix of emerging and established artists where there are no gatekeepers to who gets to have their moment of truth. We welcome all humans who have a gift in sharing their journey, to have a space and a community that will respect that.
Every fortnight we gather under candlelight, sing together, laugh, cry and dance the night away.
It's always wholesome.
This coming Friday 3rd May we welcome some amazing talented artists to grace us once again as we hold space for one another and create another unforgettable memory.
Our artists for the night!balance
Tickets go towards making this a platform for artists to be seen, heard, and expanded to their fullest potential.

I’m ready to tell my story 🫂
To the people who can relate to a chaotic childhood, ending up in a woman’s refuge with my mum and sister to save ourselves from the violence in my household.
This is for you.
To the people who can understand what coming from very little, not even owning a car in your household and having to carry all the weekly groceries between you, your little sister and your mum. Embarrassed if “someone from school sees you” and what people would think of you carrying groceries home and not owning a car / being “poor”.
This is for you.
To the people who have been racially subjugated and felt prejudice of any kind for your skin colour, socio economic status, language you speak, or passport you hold.
This is for you.
To those who may feel lost in the world, feeling like you don’t quite belong because you’re different, not fitting in to cultural norms, or social standards. Finding it hard to find friends and a safe place to be you.
This is for you.
If you’ve ever had to try and prove your worth in a world that asked you who you were and where you’re from, this is for you.
I’m releasing my story in a documentary, during the launch of our next project called ‘Bridges of Hope’, an exhibition to celebrate the diversity that makes up our world, and stop divide by any means of racial/ political/ social/ cultural profiling.
The could not be possible without the incredible team voluntarily their time, resources and art, in hopes to be the change the world needs:

Just a reminder - your job is not to make other people happy, your job is to have a peaceful, loving relationship with yourself. You may add to other peoples happiness, but you don't have to change who you are to make others happy.
How many of us feel some kind of anxiety in relationships? Especially if you're on the path of self-development and spirituality? Why is that?
Well, unless you're willing to really face the parts of you that you don't like to look at, the things that you've never told anyone, the things you're most ashamed of. Unless you're willing to turnaround and face those parts of yourself. And embrace them and forgive yourself and forgive others who have harmed you or hurt you, and really create an integrated healing whole self internally.
Unless this happens, your body will keep feeling unsafe emotionally or physically in certain situations. It's just a signal you have work to do. If you haven't been able to connect with the right person in your life right now, it means you have work to do. If you don't feel like you're enough, or you're valuable, or you'll never be enough to be in a relationship; you've got work to do.
This is actually an exciting time, because the years spent doing the deepest work, the years you put into facing your pain, these will be some of the greatest years.
Because they set you free.
And once you're free, it will open space to attract all the love and peace than you can even imagine and experience.
This is where the work begins.
See you today for our relationship and love workshop, hosted by Neha Kumar
Sunday 18 Feb 4pm-7pm

2 tickets for 1 - grab yours and set yourself free
You’re the greatest project you’ll ever work on. Take your time. But continue working on you, despite how you feel, what the world tells you, what your friends and family expect of you.
You don’t need to say yes, when you really mean no.
You don’t need to be nice, when you just want to be.
You don’t need to serve the world, if you haven’t yet served yourself.
You need to tend to the relationship with you, the care you give yourself, the love you build within, is what will then innately be available for the world.
It starts with you, it ends with all.

The Turnaround...
Everyone seems to be driving in this one lane called ‘normal life’ and sticking to the one ‘designated’ speed limit of driving at this intense speed, yet we feel like we’re going nowhere and never quite arriving.
Let me tell you; you have your own lane, and no it’s not the same as everyone else’s.
I started my Yoga journey from the wisdom of Yoga rather than the practice first. My life like everyone else’s had several ups and downs, moving like a sinusoidal curve. Starting with my Mother’s 3rd stage cancer, hitting me hard on my mental peace and composure and running down to a loss of faith in life.
That’s when I leaned on to the teachings of my mother and the teachings of Indian scriptures, the foundation of knowledge that held the answer to every question. Yoga philosophy is what gave me the answers to my ‘why’s’, and then came the practice.
