Kids classes are on today classes start from
4:30 to 5:30pm
we are going back to the Monday and Wednesday so back to normal guys look forward to seeing everybody there
No more Tuesday sessions for the Juniors only Monday and Wednesdays

This Saturday night come and support the Veteran Fight Night at the Shamrock boxing gym this is something is that is being run by the veterans to fundraise for the boys that have done so much for us come and support them

It's funny Stereotyping a sport I never thought there was such big guys that played AFL, we had some good lads come in tonight because because they couldn't play on their Fields because of the weather and do some sort of cross training to keep them on their peak, there's a few high-asses amongst this crew

Extraordinary night of boxing from our team at the Hinterland Pro/am some absolutely exciting boxing the whole night, mad win to Dana and I thought DD had won easy but somehow they came up with the draw,

Novice titles 2024
What a impressive weekend of boxing from all of the young fighters across queensland, some amazing potential and i think its only going up and up. My team shamrock all had great hit outs with 5 Golds 2 Silver 2 semi loss 1 Challenge win 1 Challenge Loss
With mostly split decision losses. Would like to shoutout Rob for coming down and helping out in the corner from our secretary and a massive shoutout to Adrian for all his hard work he has done for the team and right as he gets his coach ticket done he will be by my side again. Also caroline and ruby who didnt get a matchup but still came down to support. Thank you to all the parents for their support turning up at great costs down the gold coast for a fun time. # Our boxers are fu***ng insane and are all going to be something big in the future. Kaiden with only 2 fights on his record stepped up to boxes Oscar black, only went down to a split decision to a very experience lad, what a fight, he ended up getting the silver medal, so very proud Coaches

Jarrett at the age of 39yrs what a mad fight, end up with a lost but the other lad knew he was in there, We ended up getting a Silver medal, so so proud of me boys
