Tips for success:
- Book your classes weekly in advance.. Aim for 4 per week
- Get good sleep. Minimum 8 hours per night. 10 is better.
- Meal prep! So important to be in front with your food. Shop weekly for what you need and prep it. Our meal plan gives you a shopping list on the Sat for the following week.
- Recovery. Look after yourself post workout.. Our new physio, Chee is offering free recovery sessions to our members so book in for a session with him. He will be in the gym this week to chat and give more info on this. Make use of him.. he's awesome!
- Have fun. Training should be fun.. laugh and have a giggle with your fellow members. It's good for the soul.

As a key member of the Zone Health Club team, you'll inspire, motivate, and lead individuals through engaging and safe group fitness sessions, providing 1 on 1 personalised attention as you go. With your expertise and energy, youβll help our members to unlock their potential and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead a range of group fitness classes that cater to all levels of fitness.
- Conduct fitness assessments to track and show client progress.
- Create an inclusive, motivating group fitness environment.
- Maintain the highest safety standards during all sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative class formats and training programs.
- Engage with members to foster a sense of community and encourage long-term membership retention.
- Contribution to Membership sales and Marketing via social media.
About You:
- Cert III/IV
- CPR and First Aid certifications, Blue Card
- Energetic and positive personality with strong communication skills.
- A commitment to health and fitness and a genuine desire to motivate others.
- Ability to lead and motivate groups as well as work one-on-one with clients.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in the disability sector an advantage
