⭐️⭐️Here we go!!! 2000 sessions for .j.lee ⭐️⭐️

Wendy started with us in 2014 and have smashed out over 2000 sessions and more than 1500 hours of training to hit this marvellous milestone.

This is an amazing achievement and Wendy has put 100% into every single session. Wendy can and will progress any exercise and is wonderful to witness her strength and fitness level.

Wendy you are an amazing member of our Mooloolaba studio and we are looking forward to seeing you hit that 3000 soon 💪🏼

This guy shows up to every BACK TO BACK SESSION and smashes every set! During Winter Warrior, he has never failed to smash the missions, especially the cold therapy 🥶👍🏼 He not only is one of the friendliest people you will meet, but also one of the strongest! We are so glad to have Stevo in our community and can’t wait to see him doing double sessions even when he is 99 years old. Enjoy the good coffee and some new gear from 🤠🫶🏼

Calling all WINTER WARRIORS! 🥶 this Sunday we have our program’s exclusive beach boot camp event 🤩😮‍💨 celebrating all our achievements over the past four weeks alongside each other on the Kawana beach front 🙌🏽 make sure to book in via the app!
The class will be about 45-1hour long + we are all heading to grab a cheeky coffee to warm us back up afterwards 🥰

Winter Warrior + Member Appreciation Post to our lovely 🫶🏼🥰
Aka the burpee queen! Not only is she our Week 3 winner but she is also one of our most dedicated members 🫶🏼This woman shows up almost every 9am session and seriously performs. Just over the past week she has smashed her WW WK1 push up max by 10 reps (going from 35->45 in 45seconds)🥵💪🏼 form is neverrrr an issue for Kirsty, she is diligent and purposeful with her movements (seriously guys… every rep is. the. same😮‍💨). Her smile and energy lights up the studio and we are so proud of her and all of her progress during the first 3 weeks of Winter Warrior 🥶 Keep up your amazing work Kirsty!! You’re a delight to coach 🥰🫶🏼

Born in Australia, F45 Training is a team-based, functional training facility that places a huge emphasis on the 'three key factors' of motivation, innovation, and results. Merging 3 separate leading-edge fitness training styles into one consummate and compelling group training experience for its members. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Internal Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training.
