Last Wednesday, the annual Year 10 Commerce Market Day Stalls were held, where the Year 10 Commerce students had the opportunity to effectively create, market and sell their own unique food items. This project based learning experience was a great way for the students to engage with the unit 'Running a Business'
Well done to the students who managed to make a 'profit' which was then donated to charity. We also thank our Commerce teachers Ms Barbuto, Ms Rizk and Ms Marinos who helped guide the students through this project.

We would like to recognise one of our students, Alexa (Year 7) who recently competed at the Crystal Challenge Competition in Melbourne. This competition allows for the talents of young aspiring professional figure skaters to be showcased not only for the state but across Australia and overseas, becoming a significant achievement within her sport. Alexa represented NSW and competed against 15 Figure Skaters from across Australia and New Zealand where she received 1st place in Preliminary Girls with her technical routine to “Let’s Get Loud” by Jennifer Lopez, receiving a personal best score of 25.57.
This is an amazing achievement and one that we as a community are extremely proud of. ⛸💛💙
