💋 Pécho - Have you heard this French slang? 🇫🇷
In France, if someone says they’ve "pécho" someone, it means they’ve kissed them! 😘 The word pécho comes from verlan—a French slang that involves flipping the syllables of a word. So, pécho is actually choper (to grab) in reverse, but in this case, it means a kiss! 💑
Now you know—pécho is more than just a word; it’s French slang at its best! 😉

"How much do you get paid?" 💶🤦♀️
This question is best left unasked when chatting with a French person. In France, money is a bit of a taboo topic—discussing it openly, or flaunting it, is generally frowned upon. So, if you want to avoid any awkward moments, it’s best to steer clear of money talk!
But here’s a fun fact! Even though money is a hush-hush topic in French culture, there are plenty of slang words for it: argent, liquide, cash, blé, avoine, maille, brique, thune, oseille, moula, rond, patates... 🤑
