VIRTUAL FITNESS… WHO does THAT?!

Na I’m right thanks! 😂

It’s weird 😜

Why would I workout to a television? 📺

I wouldn’t get a “proper” workout! ❌

It’s not normal! 😂

I haven’t got room.. ❌

I have no equipment! ❌

I’m an “In person” person.. 😎

How would I get form tips and guidance? 🏋️‍♀️

These are ALL misconceptions about Live Virtual Fitness!

The truth is;

It’s fun, entertaining, results based, and SO CONVENIENT!

You literally forget that you are working out to a TV, because you are THAT engrossed in our inventive & effective workouts!

The results that my clients have gotten, completely BLOW OUT OF THE WATER, the fallacy that Live Virtual Fitness is somehow second rate to in person group fitness 💪

What is NORMAL? Just because you haven’t done something before, does NOT make an activity ABNORMAL!

The space argument is defunct!

All you need is a 1.5 meter square area, less that an small lounge room!

Lack of equipment is NOT an justification for writing off Virtual Fitness.

Body weight training is one of the most effective forms of training that there is!

AND until you are able to purchase some ultra cheapo dumbbells from Kmart, tins of tomatoes will suffice!

Additionally, you can get a FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT done ✅ with a set of dumbbells ONLY!

Sure, as humans, we are all social beings.

In the same sense, the unparalleled CONVENIENCE of walking from your bed to a workout, makes the “I’m a people person”argument defunct.

Exercise is exercise!

Our experienced trainers are always monitoring and correcting your form. 💪

We love to give you loads of encouragement to be the BEST that you can be! 👏

Recently I started working out with AAOF again but it's a bit different!

The classes and support is all online, making it very easy to workout from home.

It was awkward at first but I came to find it helps you perfect your form.

Plus Amy let's you know when you need to correct. No Slacking!

I recommend this program to anyone who has kids, limited time in the day or doesn't like the gym environment.

It's easy and convenient in the comfort of your own home.
