Ingrown toenails can be an extremely painful and debilitating condition that can affect us at all ages. There are many causes such as genetics, ill fitting footwear or nails cut too short to name a few. Our clinic was struck by a stolen vehicle today shaking up our clients and staff without injury. We would like to thank local residents who ran after the offenders, and came to give morel support. Thank you to the Police who caught the offenders and emergency services who provided comfort and assisted all. Our insurance company has made the building safe and we shall be resuming business Friday 2nd September 2022 while the damaged part of the building is repaired.

VICTORIAN PODIATRISTS
The Victorian government has announced a 7-day lockdown today in response to the state's COVID-19 outbreak. The circuit-breaker lockdown will begins at 11.59pm tonight, May 27 and will be in place until 11:59pm on June 3.

The five reasons people would be allowed to leave their homes are:

Food and supplies
Authorised work
Care and caregiving
Exercise for up to two hours with one other person
Getting vaccinated

PLANTAR WARTS

Plantar warts are hard, flat warts that are usually found on the soles of the feet. These can feel rough to the touch and can cause some pain and discomfort. Warts are caused by a virus and often transferred through contact on wet surfaces such as change rooms and swimming pools where another person with the virus has walked.
