Trials return for the ultimate two-week fitness showdown where you will have the chance to complete seven stages of workouts across a range of disciplines, survive knockout rounds and log your stats via assessments in the F45 Training app. Stages will be taking place over two weeks, giving you time between workouts for increased recovery and greater performance. Whether you're a seasoned F45'er, or just starting your fitness journey, this week will get you hyped! Time to push your limits and crush those goals!
