Join us at The Transformation Station on Saturday, September 28th, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, for our first Self-Defence Workshop led by Tara G, a second-degree black belt with 16 years of martial arts experience. After overcoming an abusive relationship, Tara made a promise to never feel powerless again, sparking her passion for martial arts.
This empowering workshop is open to anyone 16+ and requires participants to bring someone they are comfortable with (register both individuals separately please)
While there is no cost to attend, we encourage donations to the Women & Children's Shelter of Barrie

Zumba squad showed up last night!! Weeooo! 🤩 You can catch Zumba with Angela Wednesday evenings at 5:45pm, and coming up- Zumba with Cristina 5:45pm Fridays, and Zumba Step Tuesday 7:30pm!
Progress happens one day at a time. It’s easy to get caught up thinking about the big goals, but what really matters is showing up every single day and putting in the work. Even if it feels like a small step, it adds up over time. Consistency is where the magic happens, not trying to be perfect. Trust the process 💪🏼

Starting a new month with focus and dedication, guiding every rep to bring us closer to our goals.
I started my fitness journey over 13 years ago, not because I had it all figured out, but because I needed to find something that would ground me, challenge me, and ultimately make me feel stronger both physically and mentally. Back then, I couldn't even walk for 5 minutes or bend over to tie my shoes.. fitness wasn’t just about looking a certain way or hitting a specific number on the scale—it was about discovering my potential, pushing past my own limits, and finding a sense of purpose and confidence that spilled over into every area of my life. Over the years, I've changed. I went from a shy and worried individual, into the quirky and outgoing person that you know today. I have learned that fitness is much more than just a routine; it’s a lifestyle, a mindset, and a commitment to continuously showing up for yourself, no matter what life throws your way. I call this pivoting.
For anyone just starting or restarting their fitness journey, it’s important to remember that it's okay to begin exactly where you are. Whether you're coming back from a break, trying something new, or starting from scratch, every small step you take is a victory. Fitness isn’t about perfection, or the weight on the scale; it’s about progress and perseverance. It’s about building habits that support your overall well-being and recognizing that every effort, no matter how small, contributes to your growth. The journey may not always be easy, and if you're like the past me.. it can be very up and down, but it’s worth it. And the best part? You’re never alone. There’s a whole community of people cheering you on, ready to support you through every challenge and celebrate every success. Thank you for being part of my process ❤️
