We will be hosting AGSIP Community Co-working Night November 22nd, from 5-8 p.m. in various spaces to be available around Humphrey/Craine!

There will be spaces designated for quiet co-working, “loud” co-working (ideal for group projects/collaborations), and quiet but with pomodoro technique (regularly spaced breaks). We will all meet in the AGSIP for directions to the different working spaces.

Snacks provided throughout the evening! 👀🥐🧁🍇

Your Mental Health is More Important Than Your Grades Pursuing your degree? Feeling the pressure? It's that time in the term, when the heat is turned up-between deadlines, exams and everything in between...

We cannot urge you enough in this exam period to take time for yourself to manage stress and anxiety, whether it's using these tips or anything you find more suitable!
At this point in the year, it can feel like we are just holding on, and that we are finally on the homestretch, so we can push ourselves until we get there. This is the time to rely on the support around you, take time for yourself to breathe, practice your favorite self-care, and make sure you sleep as much as you can!
MHAC wants you to know that we are all in this together, and we'll make it out on the other side.

This Thursday, we're joining up with The Mental Health Awareness Committee (MHAC) to host a talk on navigating mental health issues in social and romantic relationships. We'll share helpful information and real-life experiences. And there will be yummy snacks! More details to follow from MHAC!
