The Focus Ruck Program is BACK! 🤩
➡️ What is Rucking?? Walking puts you in zone 1 or zone 2 of cardio training which is the best spot to gain fitness, burn fat and increase duration without the risk of overtraining. Add a weight in a vest (Ruck) and you now have the benefit of improving overall strength, core strength and improving bone density!
⏰ Join us Wednesday mornings at 6:15am, or Sunday mornings at 9:00am followed by a strength set in the Studio!
This is a perfect way to get a bit of cardio in and the extra strength set to take on the week!

➡️ Focus Athletic Blueprint (FAB) is designed to teach athletes how to use & develop their bodies for athletic performance.

“Rucking” is simply walking while carrying weight in specially designed sacks and vests that distribute weight evenly on your back.
🔍WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO RUCKING? ⬇️
- Rucking helps to reduce blood pressure and inflammation.
- Improve sleep quality and brain function.
- Strengthen bone density which can help treat/prevent osteoporosis.
- Rucking is also easier on your knees than running! It improves posture as the weight of the sack pulls your shoulders into proper alignment while moving.

The fall has been moving by quickly (we are almost upon indoor riding season!) and we wanted to send out a big thank you to those who helped out with this years Thousand Islands Gran Fondo!
We are pleased to announce that we were able to donate $1000 to the Kingston University Hospital Foundation and $1000 to the Kevin Dunbar Scholarship Fund.

Individualized Programming
Your physical fitness level, interests, personal goals, posture and muscular imbalances are all taken into account when designing a CUSTOM-FIT program intended to provide you SAFE, EFFICENT RESULTS. We believe that ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL so we offer a multitude of services. Your fitness program can be designed for one-on-one private training or group training. Our objective is to offer quality fitness programs that fit your individual needs and budget.
Home away from home
Our studio is inviting and immaculate. It feels like a home away from home. Each time you workout with us you are surrounded by friendly faces and warm limestone walls. Our 2,500 Sq. Ft. studio has the convenience of free parking, top of the line equipment and includes both shower and locker facilities. Our bathrooms are fully stocked with amenities and apples are always offered in a bowl at the front entrance. All of this contributes to an atmosphere where you feel part of a community and are well taken care of.
Fits Your Schedule
You can choose Private Training, Group Training, Semi-Private Training, Half Hour sessions, Full Hour sessions or a combination of everything. You can work with a trainer on a frequent basis or have a trainer build a personal program that you do on your own, checking in once in a while for program adjustments. What matters is what fits your schedule, your goals, and your budget. Our trainers and facilities are available to you from 6 times a week to once every 6 weeks, or anything in between. For Private Training appointments, a time slot is reserved specifically for you ensuring the accountability needed to help you reach your fitness goals.
It’s a great investment, an investment in yourself.
