Qualified healthcare professionals will have the opportunity to review or obtain skills required for safe and effective venipuncture and IV insertion. This micro-credential provides learners with instruction about proper use of materials, selection of vessels, and safety protocols when performing venipuncture/IV insertion. Techniques will be practiced and demonstrated in a supervised lab environment.
This course is offered on our Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall campuses.

The PM Collaborative Club is hosting another special event on Thursday, July 25th, at 5:30 PM in the Innovation Hub at the St. Lawrence College Kingston campus.
The event offers students an opportunity to hear from distinguished speakers: Thomas Doyle, President of PMI Ottawa Valley, and Kingsley Oguine, Employer Outreach Specialist at KEYS.
They will provide valuable insights and expertise on certifications and current job market opportunities.
