Today is a special day for this doula, as it’s the 6th birthday of my very first doula baby! My beautiful niece ivy was my very first delivery (after my own 4) that I got to be there for! I’m so glad my sister asked me to be there for this beautiful little girls birth!
So Happy birthday beautiful girl!

I had 🧡❤️🧡🧡 (my 2nd broke her own waters lol and came fast, so due to how fast she came
I was inducted with my last 2 and they both came faster than the last one lol)

This doula is experiencing something completely new. My amazing clients/ cousins had their baby girl at 33weeks 1 day and now she is in NICU for a while . So I’m going up with mom and seeing baby a lot :) I’ve never dealt with a preemie so this is completely new.
She is a little fighter tho! Came out screaming all 3lbs 14oz of her and hasn’t needed oxygen yet! Been breathing on her own since birth. She is just a bit over 2 days old (about 60 hours old)
I’m learning so much along with the parents and what to do with a preemie :) I actually got to touch her last night which was amazing!
So be prepared for some updated on this beautiful little preemie !
