The Rights and Responsibilities Awareness Initiative (RRAI) is proud to announce the launch of a series of new, free virtual mental health awareness sessions aimed at promoting mental well-being and providing crucial information to the community.

1. Crisis Mental Health Services
o This session will cover the mental health crisis services available in our community and how to access them.

2. Mental Health Maintenance in Day-to-Day Life
o Practical advice and strategies for maintaining mental health in everyday life.
o Date: August 12, 2024

3. Su***de Prevention and the Nature of Su***de
o A comprehensive discussion on su***de prevention and understanding the nature of su***de.
o Date: August 19, 2024
o Time: 4:00 PM EST

4. Addiction Prevention & Treatment
o This session will focus on strategies for preventing addiction and the various treatment options available.
o Date: August 26, 2024
o Time: 4:00 PM EST

These sessions are designed to provide valuable information and resources to support mental health in our community. They will be translated into multiple languages, including Arabic, Mandarin, and Spanish, to ensure they are accessible to all community members.

This April, join us at the Rights and Responsibilities Awareness Initiative (RRAI) in honoring Sikh Heritage Month. It's a time to recognize and celebrate the rich history, vibrant culture, and significant contributions of the Sikh community to our society.

London Police caught the Easter Bunny hopping too fast and "egg-sceeding" the speed limit. 🐰 Officers couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the fluffy culprit zipping around delivering eggs at such high speeds. We know Londoners love chocolate, so he was let off with a warning to hop more responsibly next year! “Hoppy” Easter Monday.
