Abbeyfield, c'est d'abord des bénévoles.
Des bénévoles qui ont envie de contribuer à un monde meilleur. Un monde meilleur pour nos séniors, mais pas que.

Je pourrais vous parler d'une de nos habitantes qui organise des ateliers tricots avec des personnes atteintes de handicap.

Je pourrais vous parler d'une maison qui a accueilli des migrants, ou d'une autre qui entoure une habitante en soin palliatif sans pour autant la prendre en charge.

Je pourrais vous parler d'habitants et bénévoles qui participent à des évènements parfois hors Belgique autour de l'habitat groupé en général, et créent des liens avec d'autres projets, par delà les frontières.

Je pourrais vous parler de bénévoles qui, face aux difficultés
liés à l'immobilier, ont eu le courage d'innover en créant une coopérative Abbeyfield.

Rien ne serait possible sans nos bénévoles.
Rien ne serait possible sans nos habitants.

Through the generosity of yourself and so many other thoughtful participants, proceeds from this Raffle help seniors in Ontario to thrive in a shared living environment where they enjoy a unique balance of privacy, companionship, independence and affordability.

We are truly grateful to everyone who entered this inaugural Raffle, and we will certainly keep you updated as when Abbeyfield’s next Draw is set. Thank you for helping seniors to live their best lives possible and we hope we can count on your future participation.
