Big energy day today as Mercury Retrograde comes to an end

All set back up after a great weekend at Shake The Lake! To everyone who came by to look, purchase or just to chat, thank you! We met some of the absolute nicest people I've come across this weekend.
Today was unpacking, setting back up and cleaning at the store. After a slow start of coffee and relaxation this morning of course 😉 What are you doing on your Sunday today?

One of my favorite go to's when I'm feeling drained or had a heavy day. A bath with Epsom salts always helps me feel better. I would highly recommend taking a shower and letting the water run over your body allowing everything to be washed away and go down the drain. Or take a bath with Epsom salts and allow the water and salts absorb what it needs too and then also allow it to go down the drain when you pull the plug after.
I have a whole line of bath soaks that will help you. You can choose from root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye or crown chakra soaks, or sore muscles or relaxation.

Tonight is time for some lunar magic with the Blue Super Moon, also known as the Sturgeon Moon. This moon is linked to spirituality, awakening, awareness, and intuition. It is a time to set goals and intentions, so you leverage the already amplified energy of the full Moon. It is an ideal time for healing, meditation, and spiritual practices.

Release all blockages, clear stagnant energy, and anything outdated and toxic from your life. This will help ignite your true soul frequency and align you with your soul purpose.

Since your intuition is heating up during the Blue Moon, it is vital to create boundaries with people whenever you get the sense they are needed. Follow what you are feeling. Your intuition (aka your gut feeling) will never be wrong.

Tonight is a great time for self-care, grounding yourself in nature, journaling, charging your crystals, making moon water and meditating.

Today's sky is busy and complex, influencing emotions, relationships, and personal insights. A word of caution - try to stay out of any conflict today. Choose to walk away and if necessary, revisit in a few days.

We wake to Venus in Virgo opposite Saturn in Pisces. This aspect encourages a clash between practicality and emotional depth. Venus in Virgo seeks order and efficiency in relationships, focusing on details and service, while Saturn in Pisces can bring feelings of restriction or emotional confusion. This opposition may prompt a reevaluation of commitments, highlighting the need for balance between duty and emotional fulfillment.

Around 10:30am the Moon in Aquarius will oppose Mercury (retrograde) in Leo. The Moon's emotional needs may conflict with Mercury's retrograde influence, where communication can feel muddled or misinterpreted. This opposition challenges us to express our individuality while being mindful of how our words can be perceived. The retrograde aspect suggests revisiting past conversations or ideas, which might lead to new insights but can also stir up old frustrations. As I mentioned earlier, where possible, leave these conversations for a few days and perhaps make notes for yourself on what needs to be discussed when the time is right. It is more than possible that there will be disagreements if addressing things today.

A few moments later, the Sun in Leo will square Uranus in Ta**us. This square introduces tension between the desire for self-expression and the urge for change and stability.
