On August 9, we celebrate International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples. This day honours the achievements and contributions of Indigenous communities globally and raises awareness about the challenges they face.

We recently hosted the “Starting and Building a Career in Software Engineering” seminar at CCTB.

Led by experienced IT professional Boris Poludo, this seminar provided students with invaluable insights on the software engineering industry, including the roles and responsibilities of a software development team, the essential skills needed for a career in software engineering and more.

Our Hospitality and Tourism students put on an amazing showcase for one of their courses, “Cross-Cultural and Niche Tourism.”

Students provided an overview of different cultures and important information to know before visiting certain countries or destinations, with the goal of educating attendees on respecting local cultures and making the most out of their trips.
