Student Spotlight: Putu Shania Agatha Elleanor from Indonesia

Meet Putu Shania Agatha Elleanor, a talented student from Indonesia, currently enrolled in our Social Media Marketing and Co-op Diploma program. She’s gaining hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager at Suzieblue Canada.

My Co-op Story

Have you had work experiences in your home country? If yes, what is the field and how many years?
“I was a freelance fashion model for 2 years and a freelance teacher for 1 year.”

What is your favorite course/class and why?
“My favorite class is every social media subject, especially Social Media Planning Essentials, social media marketing, SM campaign, SM business simulator, and Photoshop. I was impressed with the instructor, Robert Bestwick. He educates students with discipline and prepares them for the real world. He is kind and helpful, making him the best teacher I’ve ever known. I’m proud to have been educated by him.”

Do you have any advice for future students? It could be about study, work, life in Vancouver, or anything you have learned from your experience.
“Juggling studies, a part-time job, and community involvement is a challenge—prioritize tasks and self-care for balance. Network with social media professionals, explore diverse cultures, and stay updated in your field for growth. Lastly, build a support system to navigate this journey more effectively.”

If you want to learn more about our Social Media Marketing Program, DM us “SMM” for more details and current scholarships.
