Hey everyone! Join us Monday, March 18th at 1pm in ESB 5108 to find out “what’s all the fuss about geophysics?” 🤔🌎This even will involve two 20 minute talks from experts in geophysics. We will hear from Dennis Woods (Woods Geophysical Consulting Inc.) about Transient Electromagnetics/TEM, and learn about exploration for electrically conductive metal deposits deep in the Earth. We will also be joined by EOAS professor Lindsay Heagy, to learn about how geophysical data can be used to image the subsurface. See you there 😎🏔
