The findings in this article were that both blood pressure and HRV (heart rate variability, an indication of how your nervous system responds to daily experiences) reduced when you took care of an indoor plant 🌱

I just listened to this great podcast episode by a friend of mine, and local TRE provider, Arjuna George, talking with Richmond Heath from TRE Australia.

After a few requests I have compiled a list of Physical Rehabilitation products that I commonly recommend to my patients.
While there are many options to be found online, these are some that I have personally used and find effective or have great reviews (I haven’t needed a Neck Hammock yet *knocks on wood*)!
What would you add to this list?
Only a couple more spots in my TRE group class series starting this week! Sessions are for 5-weeks in a row (attend as many as you like) and are on Thursdays from 5:15-6:15pm at our clinic in downtown Victoria, BC.
Tension, Stress, and Trauma Releasing Exercises are accessible to all (once learned), don’t require special equipment, and provide you with a tool to help manage your body’s responses to stress and trauma.

For me, the thing I tell myself that is hardest to ignore is that I should be accomplishing more with my time. A good reminder for me is that, sometimes, less is more 🙂
