Hej, mit navn er Ida ( ) og jeg har lige fået mit første studiejob i Kontor for Teknologi og Data (KTD) i Digitaliseringsstyrelsen.

Jeg læser global business informatics på 3. Semester og da jeg startede syntes jeg bestemt konceptet “networking” var uden for min komfortzone. Det var indtil at jeg fandt ud af at det faktisk bare handlede om at sige til folk at det de laver er fedt og spørge om man ikke kan hjælpe 😊

På 2.semester har vi et fag der hedder IT and Work Design. Der havde vi en gæsteforlæsning fra to tidligere studerende. De havde været TA i faget nogle år forinden og fortalte hvordan de til daglig på deres arbejde. Den ene arbejder i Kontor for Teknologi og Data forklarede hvordan selv samme metoder, vi netop havde lært om i faget var vigtige for hans arbejde. Ind til da havde jeg faktisk følt at faget var meget abstrakt og ikke lige noget for mig. Men efter forlæsningen spurgte jeg ham, hvordan han var endt i Digitaliseringsstyrelsen, og mere om hans arbejde fordi det lød fedt. Derfra connectede vi på LinkedIn, hvor han så sendte mig jobopslaget nogle måneder efter da det blev offentliggjort.
Derfra gjorde jeg mig naturligvis umage med min ansøgning. Jeg var til to jobsamtaler med nogle helt andre fra kontoret, og fik til sidst tilbudt jobbet 😊.

Jeg skal sidde i KTDs data team hvor vi bl.a. arbejder på en ny hjemmeside der hedder Datavejviser.dk
Det er en side fyldt med oversigt om hvordan du kan finde lovlig data, som man kan bruge til f.eks. Forskning eller undgå dobbeltarbejde hvis f.eks. andre styrelser, kommuner og kroge af den danske stat allerede har den data. Så mine opgave bliver bl.a. at hjælpe med at indhente lincenser fra disse kroge.

Hvordan kan mine evner fra studiet bliver benyttet…
Det synes jeg er svært for er selvfølgelig lige startet. Men kontoret er ved at omstille sig til agile arbejdsmetoder, hvilket er noget der flyder meget på GBI. Og så tænker jeg den generelle projekt forståelse vi får på GBI bliver meget værdifuld.

On Tuesday January 31, the The Study and Career Guidance at ITU will join the Breakfast meeting hosted by ITU Student Council – meet us between 9:30 – 10:30 on 1. floor and talk to us about the registration requirement of a minimum of 22,5 and how to plan your studies! Remember that in week 5 and 6 SAP opens for changes (if possible) to your registrations for the Spring semester!

Are you aware of the new registration requirement at ITU?

Starting from Spring 2023 the registration requirement has been lowered to 22,5 ECTS pr. semester - each Head of Study Programme has decided on a specific course or study element for each semester, which can be postponed.

The new registration requirement does not apply to BSc 1.st year students who still need to study full time on their first and second semester.

Since the course registration period for Spring 2023 opens on December 1. you can always contact The Study and Career Guidance for help with a study plan and hear about your possibilities.
