2023 is nearly here and we have some new sessions to shout about.... First one is COMBAT KIDS. A 9 week course that teaches Thai boxing, boxing and basic martial arts. Coached by our top team from both Spartan and Lions Den. Numbers are limited per class - joining fee includes Boxing gloves, shin guards and club t shirt. Starts 17th Jan.

Dispute Rumours that our facility is closing down we can assure you that is far from the case. Today IQ FITNESS will cease trading from our unit and after a few days refitting and improving we will reopen better than ever before as Spartan Fitness and Performance. Parent and Child Boxing is not on this Saturday and will return in January... We hope the kids (and parents) have a great time and we will see you in 2022.

It's Showtime... We have been selected to host the National Quarter Finals for Junior and Junior Development. It's this Saturday (9thOct) and is 30 bouts in 2 rings. Tickets are available on the door at £15 Adults and £10 Juniors - doors open at 12.30am. A fantastic array of talent will be on display from all over the North of England so come and see show your support.

Designed for kids from 5 to 10 yrs old. Work with your child to learn boxing and get fit. The session promotes:

Girls Only Teens Boxing start next Tuesday (14th September) at 5pm. This session was a great success before lockdown and helps improve fitness, confidence and is a great stepping stone into the sport. It's £5 PAYG .. just drop me a message before you come along.
