We now offer DDPY fitness classes in the studio!

🎓Stuart is training in DDPY and so until he becomes fully qualified classes are free on a Saturday morning!

❇️Welcome to the team Peter!❇️

🎓Peter is a graduate in MSc Physiotherapy from the university of Portsmouth 2024.

🏃Peter also has Bsc hons in sports and exercise science from the university of sterling 2021.

🏥Peter works in the Belfast trust completing his rotations.

👨‍⚕️Peter has a keen interest in s&c and has completed NSCA training.
