Tower Counselling

It is time for change for me. I will be retiring from Counselling at the end of December.
I just want to take this opportunity to thank all the clients who have chosen me as their counsellor whether that was for a brief or a long time. I have learnt from all of you and am very grateful for the time we have spent together.
Thank you to my colleagues and friends who supported me to start this journey in the first place. As I say it has enriched my life.

Accepting our feelings can lead to a better understanding.

This is a completely different view of Perl Tower.
Counselling can help you look at something from a different perspective. It can help you find ways to move forward from past experiences or negative thoughts.

I read this Rumi quote this morning and it made me smile.....

"Start a huge foolish project like Noah....it makes absolutely no difference what people think of you."

I don't suppose any of you will be thinking of building an ark, but you may be looking forward to the new year and wanting to make some changes. Your 'foolish project' may be to find a way of listening to your own voice and not the negative or judgmental voices of those around you or even the negative, judgemental voice in your own head.
Counselling offers you a safe place to explore any events, issues, or feelings that are concerning you. Maybe you spend a lot of time dwelling on the past thinking 'if only...' or worrying about the future thinking 'but what if....'. Counselling may help you to find a way to be more present and connect with what is right in front of you.
