We are Two Rhythms! To celebrate our 25th anniversary, Touch Trust has regenerated with a new name and a new energy!
Everything you love about the charity will remain, but now we have a name that works for all our guests, not just those receiving touch therapies. Our new name comes from our unique method, utilising the breath and heartbeat of every guest.

People talk about stress all the time, often without really thinking about it. We may say 'I'm stressed at work' or 'I'm stressed out' but it's worth taking a few minutes to understand what stress is, what it isn't, and what you can do to help yourself and the people around you.
