Thank you to friends and family of Carys Anne Saif, who generously donated £376 to Touch Trust on her behalf. Carys was our friend and we feel very lucky to have shared music, movement and light with her.
People talk about stress all the time, often without really thinking about it. We may say 'I'm stressed at work' or 'I'm stressed out' but it's worth taking a few minutes to understand what stress is, what it isn't, and what you can do to help yourself and the people around you.
This , we'd like to share some of the great advice offered by Mind. Grab a cup of something comforting, and have a read.
