We are SO excited about this recipe - tried and tested, it’s DELICIOUS. We used Nutry Nuts] to create a peanut butter cup brownie and are delighted with the results 🥜🍫

For the brownie mix you will need...

- 1/2 pack of Nutry Nuts]
- 1 cup of pitted medjool dates
- 1/3 cup cacao
- 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp water
- sprinkle of sea salt
- chopped peanuts

This could not be easier. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend until all ingredients are well mixed together. Flatten the mix into a brownie pan or bread pan depending on the desired thickness, and top with a sprinkle of sea salt and some chopped peanuts. Freeze for two hours.

I know its naughty, but we also served this with a homemade caramel sauce (made from medjool dates and water). YUM 😍
