On the 7th November Roberta will be releasing her first cookbook.

โ€˜The Changing Tidesโ€™ is a recipe book for the home cook. Seasonal dishes influenced by Robertaโ€™s childhood sailing holidays on the West coast of Scotland; spending time with her dad at the family business making pies, sausages and bacon; and everything else in between.

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our family A Cafe, Bar & Bottle Shop opening in Summer directly next door to us in the site currently trading as

This is a bitter sweet announcement as we are obviously very excited to be growing, but also very sad to see our friends Sam and Julie moving on to warmer climates. We want to continue all the great work Sam and Julie have done in creating a much loved neighbourhood wine bar but with the addition of a brunch and dinner service. Think full breakfasts; Beef haggis tattie scones with brown sauce and fried eggs; Fresh doughnuts. And maybe a long overdue return of mushrooms and bacon jam on toast!!

THE PIE is back for another Christmas!! ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ…

Roberta's pie from The Great British Menu will be available for collection on Sunday 24th December between 10am & 12 noon. The pie will feed 3 to 4 people and comes with red wine sauce and a bottle of Chateau Ksara, Reserve du Couvent, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, 2018 to accompany. You will need to prepare your own side dishes for your Christmas lunch.

Braised beef shin, ox tongue & caramelised onion pie

The pie contains Gluten, Dairy, Eggs

Please be aware the pie is only available for collection on the 24th December.
