Another splurge for the home gym..

Dumbbell rack and more dumbbells 💪🏻

I found these cast iron hex dumbbells and the rack on marketplace - if you know your iron you know that cast iron dumbbells are hard to come by these days. There is just something primal about lifting iron as opposed to rubber weights. They actually feel heavier too - maybe it’s the rust 😂

Absolutely love this purchase, once the garage gym is complete I will be open for 1 to 1 sessions again, I’m just looking for a rack or smith machine now and I’ll be good to go so if you or anyone is looking to learn how to lift in a private (but cold) space get in touch.
