Highland Disability Swim Team
Highland Disability Swim Team meet on a Sat afternoon from 4-6 in the Aquadome in Inverness. The group welcomes new members with all disabilities.
🏊♀️ Competition Pool Update | On Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd June 2024, we are pleased to be hosting a SASA North District Development Meet. For the duration of both days the Competition Pool will be closed to the public, re-opening Monday 24th June as normal.
🙏 We thank our customers for their understanding while we offer our support in hosting this excellent event. Members of the public are welcome to come along to spectate and offer their support on the day.

Entries are now open for the HDS Senior Athletics Competition on Tuesday 18th June at Queens Park, Inverness. If you are over 16 and would like an entry form please contact Alison at [email protected]. We can wait to see you all there 🏆

HIGHLAND CROSS VOLUNTEERS
Highland Disability Sport are one of the main beneficiaries of the Highland Cross this year and will be required to provide 20 volunteers to help on the day. Eight at Beauly 12.30 to 6pm and 12 at the Affric changeover 07.30 to 5pm.
We are still looking for a few more and those that have already stated they would help can they please confirm that they are still ok to assist by sending an e mail to [email protected]
We are hoping to purchase a new mini bus and it will be available for those groups who commit to help.
The Highland Cross takes place on Saturday the 22nd of June.
🏊🏻 We held our National Senior Learning Disabilities Swimming Championships on the 18th May. The day proved to be a huge success with over 121 participants competing for the Kintore Trophy.

📢Scotland Learning Disability Sport are delighted to give advance notice that we will host a 3 day National Games from Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July 2025 within the University of Stirling and surrounding area. 🎉
We hope to host the sports of Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boccia, Bowls, Cycling, Football, Golf, SOMA, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Swimming, Ten Pin Bowling, Tennis and Rugby.🏃♀️🏸⛹️🔴⚪️🔵🪀🚴♀️⚽️🏌️♀️🧑🦼🤸♀️🏊♂️🎳🎾🏈
