Qigong Routine – Level 1 – Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy, Inverness It is important to practice qigong regularly. It should be part of your daily life. Learning this routine will help you to fit practice into your life, whenever you can, wherever you are. This is the same routine that we practice every Tuesday evening in our Qigong & Tai Chi Classes.

Qigong Routine Workshop • 18th May 24 • 9am – Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy, Inverness This workshop is aimed at beginners who wish to incorporate a regular qigong practice into their lives. This routine will help increase your vitality and boost your immune system. It will help to heighten your senses, sharpen your focus and prepare your body to reach it’s optimum performance.

Mental Health Awareness Week this year is from the 13th-19th of May. Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival Highland has curated a programme of events to raise awareness of mental health issues and the local groups that can help. The theme for this year is "movement."
Highland School of Qigong will take part this year to highlight the benefits of qigong on your overall health and mental wellbeing.

On Saturday the 18th of May we will hold a Qigong Routine Workshop at Yee's Hung Ga Kung Fu Academy, Inverness from 9am-1.30pm. It includes sampling some teas for boosting energy and internal healing as well as our lunch at Love Dosa Restaurant. The cost is £50pp for the whole morning events.
