Just because the sun is out, doesn’t mean you ditch your workout. You will feel so much better for it and staying consistent is key. 💪🏻

You don’t need to be a member of the centre, just head to reception to pay and they’ll direct you to the sports hall.

I’m an accredited assessor and can sign off on the classes attended. It's a wonderful way to introduce your child to the importance of physical exercise, and it's something you can enjoy together! 🤸‍♂️👩‍👦

I know how easy it is at this time of night to come up with excuses to not get to class….. don’t succumb! Be stronger than the excuses, switch up the will power.

This week as I celebrate my 14 years of Zumba, my Facebook memories showed me my 4th anniversary party from 10 years ago!!
Held at St Margaret’s Church Hall, there’s so many faces from these photos still come today, I honestly am so happy to still be dancing with you loyal lot all these years later!

🌟 It's Mental Health Week, and what better way to prioritise your mental well-being than through exercise! 🏋️‍♀️💪

😕However, sometimes it can be our mental health that is actually the obstacle that prevents getting you out the door and to class. We can become professional excuse makers. So, push through those excuses and be strict with yourself.

🤔 Feeling hesitant? That's totally normal! The worries like "Where do I go?" or "What if I can't do it?" are common worries. But fear not!

📍 You can easily find us at every venue! Just head to the main entrance at Horsforth School, Greenacre Hall, or the side door at Bramhope Methodist (in the car park).

🅿️ Plenty of parking options are available onsite and on the surrounding roads, so parking stress is out the window!

👫 Our classes are filled with the most welcoming, lively, and hilarious bunch of folks. Trust me, you'll make friends of all ages and fitness levels.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Still wary of coming alone, why not grab a friend or family member. You’ll often stick to something if you’ve got someone to be accountable with. I have best friends, sisters, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives you name the combination, they’ve come together. Plus it’s a great activity to do together. But fear not, if that’s not possible…you will make friends at class!

💆‍♀️ If something feels uncomfortable, take a breather—no pressure! Some people tone down the jumping, some go full bounce! Some take the turns out, some pirouette around! Everyone works at their level. Especially, Insanity, every move has a modification so everyone can do something. Nobody's watching or judging; we're all in this together. And believe me, I've made my fair share of wrong turns!🤪🫣

Just wanted to let you know about this event running in Horsforth tomorrow at St Margaret’s Church.
A fantastic charity event with a bar ran by my other half James Hooton! 🍺 🍷 🥂
It would be amazing if you could come by, pop in for a drink!
Rachael will be there with her Clean Kitchen meals so you can come and be watered and fed and enjoy the sunshine.

There’s live music from the Emmerdale band, so come along and meet some of the cast and raise some money for a fabulous cause.

Scala (who run their classes from the other side of the building) are holding their auditions tonight and may mean the car park is more busy than normal. There is plenty of on street parking (Quakers Lane) and the church hall next door has a car park which is open to Greenacre users also.
