I am a Mexican family guy living in London. I became Personal Trainer because I want to help people who fight against the difficulties to follow a fitness plan or diet by changing YOUR MINDSET.
2 years ago I was with 30 kilos overweight, sad and without self esteem. I decided to start my own journey because I could lift my daughter when we where on holiday for more than 10 mins walking.
Today I’m healthier and stronger with more knowledge and hungry to help people who are in the same place I was before.

He is one of the most busiest persons I ever met, he is professional graffiti artist who works around the world he hardly got time for doing anything a part of his job.
When we started, he was struggling with fat loss even cycling a lot every day and with a physical daily job. One of the worst habits he had it was the addiction to energy drinks and eating small proportions of food without balance.
He started 16/8 starting his meals at 7 am and last one before 3 pm, balancing his intake of macros by reducing fats and eating complex carbs.
He is travelling a lot so we have done online program in order to follow easy workouts everywhere.

When I started with 120kg and maybe 32-34% body fat I was motivated but a bit of hopeless for me as I couldn’t do it before.
All my life I struggle with overweight as I saw “dieting” as punishment and every time I tried to start losing weight I used to fail after 2-3 months as I thought with this time should be more than enough to look as I wanted.
Today, I still have a lot of work to do but I understood that is matter of time, as soon I keep “eating properly” (no more dieting) and keeping my discipline on my workouts the result will come.
Today I’m becoming personal trainer as I really want to help my friends and others to lose weight but overall to feel better.
