MOVE - Set to 35 Hz Low Setting with 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for each exercise, repeated 3 times.

✨ Split Jumps
💥 Dynamic Plank
💪 Lateral Jumps

Then rest for 1-2 minutes.

Hop on the REV for 10 seconds with vibration at 90-110 RPM, followed by 20 seconds recovery with no vibration. Continue this for 4 minutes, then rest and repeat 1-2 times if desired. 🚲

Meet 20-year-old Hanna Ulvede, a 400m hurdler for England's U23 team. With multiple intense training sessions each week, she needed something to help warm up and recover her muscles. Both moves can be very physically demanding on your ankles and knees, so proper warm-up and strengthening are essential. That's where professional football player Steph Houghton comes in with these 5 exercises you can do with Power Plate. Before starting, set your Power Plate to 35 Hz Low Setting for exercises 1-3 and 35 Hz High Setting for exercise 4.

⚽ Landing / Deceleration Prep: 6-8 reps on each side
⚽ Single Leg Deadlift with Strap: Fixed position hold for 30 secs on each side
⚽ Drop Squat from 2 feet to 1, then hold for 2-3 secs: 6 reps on each side
⚽ Split Squat Position + Hop with Punch: 6 reps on each side
