LSE IDEAS is LSE's foreign policy think tank.
We connect academic knowledge of diplomacy and strategy with the people who use it through our projects, publications, events, and executive education.
The Women in Diplomacy project, launched in 2022, leverages research, collaboration, and dialogue to address the misrepresentation and under representation of women in this field. 🌍
This report summarises key insights from interviews with twelve women who have held high-ranking diplomatic positions or participated in international diplomatic processes.
🗣 ''Global challenges simply cannot be tackled by excluding women and other underrepresented groups from decision-making processes; hence it is imperative to ensure those processes are inclusive.''
