I am getting cosy with a cuppa on this bank holiday, reading my quarterly wellness magazine from the Federation of Holistic Therapies (FHT). Look what I just come across. I love Feng Shui (not that I practice it half as much as I should), but this one is fascinating!

I am looking forward to utilising some of this advice in my Reiki therapy room for you all!! 😊

We are all often striving for the next big thing. That thing that will make us most happy, most desired, most ideal, most successful whether that is in relationships, financially, or academically etc the list is endless.......

I am also guilty of this and I do believe it's always good to have positive goals to aim for, but always remembers there just aims!!

All of us are human and are a 100% unique. We are not robots, or an endless doing/striving machine!! We have real lives, with real people and real ups and downs along the way. There are so many pressures in this world along with many pleasures to find and enjoy!!

Often sometimes just keeping your sh**t together is definitely good enough, enjoying simple pleasures and not getting too caught up in a rat race to perfection!!

Keep it real everyone, and let's all have each other's backs!!

Hello, I am a Reiki therapist based in Lowestoft (Suffolk).

Reiki healing involves the mind, body and soul. Therefore, Reiki energy, healing and way of life incorporate five principles to enhance life and happiness.

So how can you use these five Reiki principles to live a happy and fulfilled life?

Reiki is a beautiful energy healing therapy and when broken down "Rei" means universal and "ki" means life force energy.
I like to describe it as a whole body cleanse, as it cleanses your chakras and aura to promote healing and wellness.
Reiki promotes relaxation and healing, by helping people become energetically balanced physically, mentally and spiritually. Reiki really is a lovely, holistic therapy!

I thought I would put a face behind this page!

A little about me….. My name is Jade, and I love the outdoors and anything to do with nature. I have been a nurse for most of my adult career, yet my real passion has always been alternative therapies.

In the past, I have had a few health hurdles to jump. But, as crappy as the time was (a few years), I made sure I kicked them in the butt!!

Through this journey, it opened my eyes up to the beauty of holistic therapy. Reiki was one of the therapies I pursued, which led me to love it! I have had Reiki in my life for over ten years and have been practicing it for two, as life is too short not to follow your passion!

A day out in nature always makes me feel better!! Think we all have those days when we are stuck indoors and end up feeling a bit off!!
It is amazing what a bit of fresh air and a hit of nature can do for our well-being!!
Get out there guys, surround yourself in nature! ♥️
