Home Yoga Challenge starts this week! Do something positive for yourself and join online live classes. Tuesdays 6:45-8pm for unwinding Hatha ideal for beginners and Saturdays 8:45-10am for Vinyasa flow aimed for improvers. We will join the physical practice with breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation.
