It with great sadness that I am closing the business down. With yearly fees rising, cost of living meaning less people can afford to book and now that I have RSI in my wrist, I had to make the hard decision.

I will be shutting the phone number down shortly but will leave this page open if anyone would like referrals or any help in the meantime.

Just like to say a massive thank you for keeping me going for more than 5 years, your support has been everything.

Corporate discounts

Due to recent events, I am now able to take on more corporate clients. If your company has 5 or more employees interested in treatments get in touch to discuss discounts and get a formal email sent to yourselves.

We previously helped companies with emergency appointments, where we treat first thing to sort staff symptoms so they can go into work that day instead of calling in sick. We also helped long term sickness by decreasing the time off and helping with the anxiety of returning to work some staff can have.

So if you want to keep staff sickness low and help staff retention with employee incentives get in touch.

Taster sessions available

I understand £45 is a lot of money to splash out on a not well known treatment that's why taster sessions are available

Complete medical forms, have tests to find roots causes to symptoms and have a bit of treatment. Oh not to mention the re test to show you have improved.

30 mins for £10

(Usually a 30 minute session costs £25)

Terms and Conditions
1. This applies to existing bookings, existing clients and new clients.
2. Cash and direct bank transfer only so I don't have to pay card machine prices on top of the discount.
3. Any friend referrals gaining £10 off won't be taken off during September but in the next month you come.
4. Loyalty programme won't be running during September
4. 24 hour late cancellation fee applies of £10
5. If you having multiple bookings and you no show the rest of the appointments will automatically be cancelled

You asked for help between treatments, this could be for you.

First come, first served, as I don't have enough for everyone on my books with depression.

Can be used in treatment and rented out to use between treatments or you can buy off me cheaper than direct.

Also I can follow your progress on my platform on how your doing on the app and advise accordingly.

In treatment an extra £5

To rent for current clients £60 a month (including enough pads) - £79 online without pads

To buy £290 (including 6 weeks worth of pads) - £399 online

Pads £15 for 2 months worth

So technology has got me again, I have stupidly managed to change all Wednesday 11.30am appointments to the same client.

If you are booked in on a Wednesday at 11.30 please can you let me know so I can get the dairy right again otherwise I won't be able to book anyone in that slot until June just in case I double book

So following my post about soy and stomach problems, I have been full with people with stomach issues.

However I'm glad to be helping you and that your so happy with the results.

This person came to me with a stomach problem, we found out it was lactose as well as other things so treated this person with a stomach massage. I treated this person on a Wednesday and got this message on the Friday.

(Please not stomach massages aren't weight loss massages, this person came to me with a medical problem)

What is hip repattern?

A hip repattern is a pain free, gentle release and correction of the pelvis and lower spine. Its done by you having a relax, while I the therapist move your legs about. All you will feel is the inside of your thigh having a stretch and the opposite hip moving about to the leg I'm moving.

The day a consultant listens and agrees with me is a great day!!!

The last week or so I have been doing lots of work for clients where they don't feel like they are getting support from doctors or consultants.

One recent client had been to the doctor regarding a painful lump in her neck. Obviously a lump is always worrying but also no one wants to be in constant pain. Doctor came back with its just muscular and to rest up. Not very helpful. After complaining and getting to see a consultant, he agreed to a scan but not on the area that was needed.

She then came to me, after some testing we worked out her adrenals were out of line so worked on neck and stomach.

Next session the pain had gone but lump was still there. But the scan results on the lump had come back and it didn't show anything, so along with other treatments I cupped the lump as I knew it was safe too.

Next session no lump, no pain! She had also seen consultant again, explained what I had done/ said and had another scan based on my findings. She showed me the doctors letter which showed the cause was adrenals!!! She now has tablets to support my treatments so we can get this sorted!

We never follow pain and look at the body as a whole, which is why we was able to work out the root cause of the pain.

When you recieve this after a very long day, just makes your day!

Food testing

So never off the clock, had friends round this weekend. One of them had been to the pharmacist as had an allergic reaction to get some antihistamines. Great he's got treatment but doesn't know what the allergy is too, so how does he protect himself?

He said he hadn't had anything out the ordinary, had their usually pesto chicken so couldn't be that. I explained a lot of jar foods have had to have ingredients changed due to shortages of flour etc. But then it came out they couldn't get their normal pesto so went for reduced fat. I explained reduced fat usually then has more addictives to bulk it up as such.

After testing we worked out it was soybean oil. On checking the ingredients this wasn't in their usual jar but in the reduced fat jar.

I do food testing in clinic a lot to help those with bloating/ IBS to work out root causes so they can avoid those foods. Then a stomach massage to get their system back to working in a healthier manner.

Wow its been great being back in the treatment room!

Thank you to everyone booking in not only has it been lovely to see you all again but you made me fully booked in January that I had to open 2 further days. I totally appreciate your support.

But the best bit is helping you get back on track after my break, which unfortunately some of you really suffered while I was away.

I managed to help someone re-align their knee and pelvis so they can go back to their daily walks and stop using a knee brace! Also someone who has seen consultant, had tests and 3 treatments from others on her neck was still in pain with no answers. I managed to find the root cause and treat, she now doesn't have pain! Yes still has a lump but we have made head way and happy the daily pain has gone, we all know how that can really affect daily life and mental health. That's just a couple to mention.

I look forward helping more people get on track and help people have great living and overall wellbeing.

3. Please feel free to park on the driveway

4. Payments are made once treatment is completed by either cash or card. The card machine also accepts phone and watches.

5. You only need to wear a mask if you have a cold or flu. Please don't come if you have covid.

6. There are no toilet facilities so go before you come

7. You book for a taster or hour session not a specific treatment as you get multiple treatments in one session

8. Available appointment times are 10.30, 12.00, 2.00, 5.30 and 7.00 however there is certain flexibility to these

Well here it is, GLOW's permanent new home.

Update

I'm preparing to re open so just a few things:

1. You can now buy gift vouchers for friends and family, what a cracking Christmas present that will be. You can either pay by bank transfer and get them posted or come to the house to collect with payment being cash or card.

2. I'm hoping to open for some appointments pre Christmas so you can be feeling great for the big day. To help with child care and numbers, please can you let me know if you would like an appointment so I can work the dairy out!

3. I will be re opening back from home again but in a different room with its own access, which will be the permanent home for GLOW. It will be a lovely warm room, local lads are just finishing it off. Photos coming soon

4. I'm also expanding to another service, but still top secret for the moment 🤫

When you're fire cupping therapist and you can't concentrate on the swimming, just the cupping technique and deciding why they have been treated in those areas. Nice to finally see that they are finally getting cupped in areas of need, not symmetrically which is too often seen.

With April fast approaching and bills going up at home and around businesses, I just want to put it there, that I will not be putting up prices for therapy.

Prices will stay the same now until April next year at least.

So since moving some questions have been brought up a few times so hope this clarifies:

1. I still accept both cash and card payment. The card machines also accepts phone and watch payments.

2. You can now park on the driveway. It was completed only last week so I would appreciate it if you know your losing fluid then park on the street.

3. I will take on new clients if they have been referred by you, so please continue to recommend away. This may change in the near future if too many get recommended so please bear that in mind.

4. I have opened up another evening 7pm slot to meet demand of Naomis client who favoured this slot.
