Hello everyone. I’ve had a few questions lately about opening up the yoga studio. Sadly, I am not physically strong enough to open back up as I’m struggling to deliver just the two classes a week I’m currently doing on Zoom, so a full timetable and all the extra covid precautions would be too much for me at the moment. However, I am missing you all and the vibe from our lovely studio! I hope you are all fit and well. If you aren’t too zoomed-out, please do come and join me on Mondays and Thursdays for a gentle, deep stretch.
