New dish alert!!! Something a little different today- a chilli battered chorizo and chimichurri taco. With our rustic slaw and rocket. Smokey, spicy and fresh, this is perfect for the summer sun!!

This weeks specials have a twist. I challenged my team to create dishes, utilising current stock and within a budget/price limit.
1+2 is salmon croquette taco with Asian slaw.
3+4 is take on a traditional Caesar salad.
Whoever’s special sells the best will win a prize! Game on!
