1. Coconut water: Mildly sweet but loaded with electrolytes, this makes for a great intra workout drink for replenishing the lost electrolytes
2. Buttermilk: Low in calories, so this can easily be a part of your day if youβre watching your weight. Add some jeera to enhance the benefits of buttermilk
3. Fennel seed water/variyali sherbet: This drink keeps your body heat in check, reduces acidity, and aids digestion that often goes for a toss in the summers
4. Green juice: If your appetite goes down during these months which is quite normal, add this green juice to your diet so that your daily dose of fibre is ensured. Add any vegetables of your choice (green or non green), add some flavour like mint or ginger and youβre good to go
