The focus is on 26&2 skills here, such as how to train Standing Bow, etc. But this workshop would benefit any style of yoga/pilates practitioner⁠

Flow is not always constant. A river can range from a trickling stream to a raging torrent depending on the day and so will your flow practice. The key to your flow lies in finding your edge.⁠

Your edge is a principle not only for the physical body but for the mind. Sometimes the edge lies in restraint and a wholehearted acceptance for the state of your body and mind today and sometimes it lies in trying something new.⁠

⚠️ HEAVY SNOW WARNING ⚠️
🟠 MetService has issued an ORANGE Heavy Snow Warning for Dunedin.

❄️ Expect 25 to 35cm of snow to settle above 400 metres, with lesser amounts down to 200 metres. Snow may fall on the Dunedin to Waitati Highway (SH1) between 1am and 5pm Tuesday 30 July.

🚗 Travel disruption and damage to trees and powerlines is possible. Rainfall could cause surface flooding, slips, and make driving difficult. Please adjust to the conditions when on the roads.

🐑 Look after your four-legged friends: cold conditions may cause stress for pets and livestock.

☔️ Heavy rain is expected to occur until 3pm Tuesday 30 July, with up to 60mm-80mm rain to fall.

🦺 Our staff and contractors have been making all necessary preparations for the bad weather now affecting Dunedin. Our teams will be ready to respond overnight if necessary.
