46 youth leaders from all over the Philippines have now started their journey in the NEXTGENeration Leaders Program!

They will undergo a five-week online leadership training with KadaKareer where they will learn about effective communication, agile learning, and basic project management to be the best NEXTGEN leader they can be—poised to make a difference in the age of Industry 4.0. 💪

Leading telco network PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. joined Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) in preparing around 6,000 youth trainees for jobs of the future under the organization’s JobsNext program.
