With a heavy heart, we are sad to announce the passing of Rev. Fr. Pompeyo F. de Mesa, O.P., STHL, a loyal servant of God and a devoted member of our community.

Rev. Fr. De Mesa dedicated his life in service to God and to the University of Santo Tomas as he touched many people’s lives through his strong faithfulness, soft spirit and warm heart. We will forever be grateful for all what he left behind and the influence he had on Thomasians where he once served as a regent at the Faculty of Pharmacy as well as making significant contributions to other departments.

May the he rest in eternal peace in the loving embrace of our Lord. And at this hard time, we extend our sincere condolences to his bereaved family and all those who love him.
